Order completion date
Order Processing time is up to 2-3 days depending on demand. Videos marked "urgent" are recorded as a priority, and you will receive your recorded video next working day. We send finished videos between 18:00-23:00
We save urgent orders as priority

We save urgent orders as priority; you will receive the finished videos the next day.

We send the finished films every day from 18:00 to 23:00 in the evening.

Difference between Urgent and Normal Order

Urgent order

1. We give priority to Urgent Orders. A fee of +5 £ is reflected for this transaction.

2. Orders placed after 20:00 will be processed the next day.

Normal orders

1. Orders placed after 20:00 will be processed the next day.

2. If there are too many orders, there is a chance that the record will be sent for later processing.

What is your video length?
The recording will take 35-55 seconds (perfect for sharing with friends on social media).
How do I get the video?
The finished video will be emailed in MP4 format.
Is there an additional fee for printing the photo?

You can upload 1 free and 2 paid photos for printing the photos you upload on order. Additional photo fee is 4.99 £. (Maximum number of photos: 3 pcs).

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. Each recording is made to order according to your own requirements. Due to it being a tailor-made product we do not accept returns except in exceptional cases, please contact us by e-mail: [email protected]
Do we share recordings on social media?
Only if we have consent! If you approve social media sharing at the order stage, you give permission to share your video on social media and other channels.
