Order completion date
Order Processing time is up to 2-3 days depending on demand. Videos marked "urgent" are recorded as a priority, and you will receive your recorded video next working day. We send finished videos between 18:00-23:00
Difference between Urgent and Normal Order
Urgent order
We give priority to Urgent Orders. A fee of +5 £ is charged for this transaction.

Regular order

2. If there are too many orders, there is a possibility that the record will be sent for later processing.
What is your video length?
Recording will take 35-55 seconds (perfect for sharing with friends on social media).
How do I get the video?
The finished video will be emailed in MP4 format.
Is there an additional fee for printing the photo?
When printing the photos you uploaded through your order, you can upload 1 free photo and 2 paid photos. Additional photo fee is +4.99 £ per piece. (Maximum number of photos: 3).
Is a refund possible?
Unfortunately, returns are not possible. Each recording is made to order according to your own requirements. In exceptional cases, please contact us by e-mail: [email protected]
Do we share recordings on social media?
Only if you consent! If you give social media sharing approval at the ordering stage, you give permission to share your video on social media and other channels.
